- 14 oz firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
- 4 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Cube the pressed tofu into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
- In a bowl, mix cumin, chili powder, paprika, and salt. Coat the tofu cubes in the spice mixture.
- Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook the seasoned tofu until golden brown on all sides, about 10 minutes.
