  • 21 ounces S'more vegan marshmallows
  • 1 lb vanilla candy coating
  • Black decorating gel

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Shape the marshmallows into ghosts by rounding off the top of each one and cutting two triangles from the bottom.
  3. Insert a toothpick into each ghost to make coating easier.
  4. Melt the vanilla candy coating according to package instructions and coat each ghost, leaving the triangle cut-outs clear.
  5. Chill the coated ghosts in the fridge for about 5 minutes until set.
  6. Decorate with black decorating gel to create eyes and mouths.
  7. Store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
